• Your diagnostic answers — the responses you give in the retention-risk diagnostic and the score they produce.
• Your organization details — the industry, company size, and region you select when you unlock your result or a download, and the optional occupation focus for a download. We use them to show you public benchmark figures for your own setting and to route any introduction.
• Basic analytics, via Umami: page views and diagnostic funnel events (for example, that the diagnostic was started or the gate was shown). We use this to understand how the site is used, not to profile you.

Why we use it and how

We use your email, diagnostic answers, and organization details to deliver your retention-risk result, to show you public benchmark figures for your industry and region, and to send you related retention advice. The analytics we collect help us see which content and tools are useful so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share your email, diagnostic answers, and organization details with retention consultants we work with so they can contact you about helping your organization. That is the third-party category your consent at the diagnostic covers. We do not share your information with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email, diagnostic answers, and organization details while they are relevant to connecting you with a retention consultant and to sending you the retention advice you asked for. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it, except where we have to keep a record to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email unsubscribe@retainscore.com or use the contact details below.

Do not sell or share opt-out

We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of us sharing your information with retention consultants, email unsubscribe@retainscore.com. That is our current opt-out channel in v1; if we add a self-service control later, we will update this policy.

Where your information is processed

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States, on our self-hosted infrastructure. When we share it with retention consultants, those consultants may be located in the United States and Canada. By using the site and giving consent, you understand your information may cross borders in this way.

Withdrawing consent and unsubscribing

You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing unsubscribe@retainscore.com. We will stop emailing you and stop sharing your information with consultants going forward.
